CURATED CATEGORIES

While sustainability is a broad, widespread concept, five aspects were integral and observable. Materials’ recyclability, carbon footprint, menu options, waste, and brand reputation.

EASY TO REVIEW

The observability of these categories is very important to us. When you review, we want to make it as easy as possible! Hence, a simple 1-5 rating on a form is the method of reviewing, with optional additional comments.

WHY?

Restaurants are a large contributor to climate change, from irresponsible waste management to high CO2 emissions. This is especially an issue in Hong Kong, which imports 95%+ of its food.
